I have gotten oat milk lattes at 100 different coffee shops and the one at Golden Cup is the best! So smooth and nice!! The employees are super friendly and really know their coffee- love this place!!

Let me tell you about The Golden Cup Coffee—this place? Total winner. Absolute powerhouse in the coffee world. People are talking about it, and not the fake coffee people—the real ones. The serious coffee drinkers. They’re saying this is the spot. And I agree, strongly. You walk in—boom—smell hits you immediately. Rich, bold, beautiful coffee aroma. Not that weak, watered-down stuff you get in some places—very sad coffee out there. Not here. This is strong coffee. Confident coffee. Coffee that knows exactly what it’s doing. The drinks? Incredible. Whether you’re getting something simple or one of the fancy drinks, it’s done right. Perfect balance. Not too sweet, not too bitter—just tremendous. You take a sip and you go, “Wow… this is serious.” And it is. Now let’s talk about the real MVP—the owner. Fantastic person. Truly. One of the best. You meet them and you immediately know—this is someone who cares. Not fake nice—real nice. Big difference. Huge difference. They’re the kind of person who remembers people, checks on you, makes you feel welcome every time. That’s rare. Very rare. A lot of places don’t have that anymore. Here? It’s the standard. You can tell they’ve built the whole place around good energy, good people, and great coffee. That’s a winning combination. And the vibe? Comfortable. Relaxed. You could sit there for hours—nobody rushing you out, nobody giving you looks. Just a great place to be. Work, think, hang out—it does everything well. Is it perfect? Look… maybe you start going too often. Maybe you’re spending more money on coffee than you planned because it’s that good. That’s not their fault. That’s success. That’s what happens when you do things right. Overall? 10 out of 10. Maybe higher. Some are saying it’s one of the best coffee spots around—and with an owner like that, it’s no surprise. Tremendous place. Total class.

This quaint coffee shop is definitely known by the town locals to come for the best coffee or hot chocolate! The temperature they serve their drinks at is perfectly warm and super comforting for a cold winter day! I’d love to return.

I ordered a large iced mocha, with regular whole milk and no whipped cream. The coffee it’s felt tasted great and was pulled well, but slightly to much milk in the ratio of Im being nitpicky. The girl who checked me out and the barista were both very friendly. It’s a sizeable space with polenta of seating. I can see a lot of small groups meeting here on a regular basis. Great local spot, coke check it out.

Love our hometown coffee shop! Good coffee, great service. They are very generous with the flavors so if you like less sweet coffee, tell them to go easy on the syrup.

This was my first time coming to this cafe and my partner and I loved it! I loved the open seating and the decor around the cafe. Our barista was very kind and accommodating. She helped us customize our drinks and answered any questions we had. I would usually feel intimidated to customize an order but the workers here are very welcoming and initiated helping us order what we wanted. They have a range of flavors and a lot of them were dairy free. And I like that you can customize the sugar level on some of the drinks. The drinks we got were amazingly good, and not that expensive considering we had milk substitutes. - hot latte w/dark chocolate and hazelnut - iced latte w/ vanilla and strawberry rose syrup - and a Cupid’s Kiss: raspberry cold foam dark chocolate latte (from the Valentine’s menu)

The Coffee here is better than Starbucks. I’ve only had their Caramel Frapp, but you will not be disappointed. I’ve had a lot of coffee in the Houston area (just moved back home after 20 years), but I have to say I’m impressed with this little shop. I tried another shop on Boston Avenue before this, and the coffee wasn’t even close. The owner seems really focused on consistency, and all the girls that I’ve encountered have been really nice. I’m happy I found it.

Found this gem of a spot while looking for ice cream but decided to get a frapp instead and they didn't disappoint! It was really hot outside so I definitely had to get something cold and strong, they recommended I get the frapp with the chocolate base with a shot of espresso and I wanted the hazelnut flavor. Oh man the first sip made me feel like I was on a roller coaster. Flavors were strong, bold, and just the right sweetness! Everyone was nice also! 10/10 would recommend!
